Planning Your Visit

We hope you are as excited about Cider Fest as we are! Cideries, food trucks, live music, workshops, artisan goods for sale — the day is going to be fantastic!

Read through the tips below to help you plan your visit and make your festival experience unforgettable.

Getting Ready

Get Tickets!

Save your spot (and save $5) by getting tickets in advance. Tickets will be $30 at the gate.

Plan For Weather

The festival is rain or shine! Be sure to check the weather, dress appropriately and pack sunscreen or an umbrella.

Be Comfortable

Wear good shoes for standing in cider lines. Pack a blanket and chair so you can take a break.

Pets and Kids

We love them but we don’t recommend that they come to the festival.

Pack a Growler

Some cider makers will selling growler fills! Bring yours along to take some home.

Cash is King

Not all vendors accept credit cards. Bring some cash for cider, cheese and PA Cider Fest swag.

No Outside Alcohol

Guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol. Leave it at home, you won't miss it!

Print Your Tickets

We ask that ALL festival attendees print out their festival tickets.

Your printable ticket should have been sent to you by email. If you cannot find your printable ticket, you can retrieve it using this form on TicketLeap:

Note: we do not mail paper tickets... tickets are available by email / web only. Even if PayPal asked for "shipping information", that does not mean tickets will be sent by mail.

Please remember to bring your photo ID to the festival. No refunds will be given to attendees who forget to bring photo ID.

All festival attendees must show photo ID to sample cider. Guests without a valid photo ID will not receive a sample cup and will be given a designated driver wristband.

Ticketing / Check-In

  • Arrive Early

Check-in lines can be long, so plan to arrive early in order to maximize your festival time. We will begin checking in attendees at 11 a.m. First cider pour is at Noon.

  • Tickets Ready

We ask that festival attendees print out their festival tickets. Paper tickets keep the lines moving more quickly. Have your tickets out or have the ticket barcode visible on your phone while in line.

  • IDs Ready

Every festival attendee must show photo ID. Guests without valid photo ID will not be allowed to drink cider. To keep lines moving, have your photo ID out and ready to scan.

  • Rain or Shine
