Planning Your Visit
We hope you are as excited about Cider Fest as we are! Cideries, food trucks, live music, workshops, artisan goods for sale — the day is going to be fantastic!
Read through the tips below to help you plan your visit and make your festival experience unforgettable.
Getting Ready
Get Tickets!
Save your spot (and save $5) by getting tickets in advance. Tickets will be $30 at the gate.
Plan For Weather
The festival is rain or shine! Be sure to check the weather, dress appropriately and pack sunscreen or an umbrella.
Be Comfortable
Wear good shoes for standing in cider lines. Pack a blanket and chair so you can take a break.
Pets and Kids
We love them but we don’t recommend that they come to the festival.
Pack a Growler
Some cider makers will selling growler fills! Bring yours along to take some home.
Cash is King
Not all vendors accept credit cards. Bring some cash for cider, cheese and PA Cider Fest swag.
Print Your Tickets
We ask that ALL festival attendees print out their festival tickets.
Your printable ticket should have been sent to you by email. If you cannot find your printable ticket, you can retrieve it using this form on TicketLeap:

Note: we do not mail paper tickets... tickets are available by email / web only. Even if PayPal asked for "shipping information", that does not mean tickets will be sent by mail.
Bring Photo ID
Please remember to bring your photo ID to the festival. No refunds will be given to attendees who forget to bring photo ID.
All festival attendees must show photo ID to sample cider. Guests without a valid photo ID will not receive a sample cup and will be given a designated driver wristband.
Transportation
Designated Drivers
Please don't Drink and Drive. Designated Driver tickets are available for for free on our ticketing page.
Parking
Parking is limited, so please carpool or use our shuttle services.
Free Shuttles
Please take advantage of our our FREE shuttles. The schedule can be found on the Transportation page.
Ticketing / Check-In

Arrive Early
Check-in lines can be long, so plan to arrive early in order to maximize your festival time. We will begin checking in attendees at 11 a.m. First cider pour is at Noon.

Tickets Ready
We ask that festival attendees print out their festival tickets. Paper tickets keep the lines moving more quickly. Have your tickets out or have the ticket barcode visible on your phone while in line.

IDs Ready
Every festival attendee must show photo ID. Guests without valid photo ID will not be allowed to drink cider. To keep lines moving, have your photo ID out and ready to scan.

Rain or Shine
Event is Rain or Shine. Absolutely no refunds will be given in the case of inclement weather.
At The Festival
Cider Samples
Cider sample sizes will be 1-oz pours. You will receive an official PA Cider Fest sample cup when you check-in.
Festival Swag
Forgot your growler? Purchase an official PA Cider Fest Growler!
Forgot your shirt? Purchase an official PA Cider Fest T-Shirt!
Cider Check
What is a Cider Check? You can check your cider just like a coat at a fancy dinner! Checked ciders can be picked up at the Cider Check Tent before you leave.
Festival Maps
Event maps will be handed out at check-in.
Tents
Pop up tents are permitted, but may only be set up on the perimeter of the event — not in front of the stage or tasting area.
Smoking
Please use the designated smoking area at Hauser Estate Winery.
